I went shopping today…

Everything i tried on made me look fat. 
Then i realised it’s because i am FAT!
No one said i looked nice.

They had no need to lie.

My thighs rubbed and smoothered eachother.

My stomach overlapped my trouser and bulged through my top.
My cheeks swallowed my bones

I hadn’t seen anything so vulgar.

I’m crying and i don’t know what to do.

The satisfaction of making myself sick no longer applies.

Skinny feels good when will i feel that?? 

When will i be happy like those naturally skinny girl?

When can i stop buying large rings and instead XS?
Throw away my size 12s and slide into a 8?

I’M BACK! 
i’ve managed to, maintain my weight!… but haven’t lost anything :{ 

But today i decided, after eating KFC…  theres no point putting it off. 
Making excuses just makes me more ashamed…. 
How have you guys been doing?
